The fence at the Civic Square construction site surrounds the block where the city's former Public Safety Building once stood. Future construction of a mixed-use, high-rise tower and open space will complete the city's Civic Center Campus, which includes City Hall, Seattle Justice Center and Seattle Municipal Tower. The Civic Square site is located between Third and Fourth avenues and Cherry and James streets. The five-foot-high by 10-foot-wide panels will be on view for approximately one year.
